Current destinations
Our regular processing locations are Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, and the United States. Not every location applies to every service or user.
When a service uses distributed content-delivery or security infrastructure, limited request, network, and security data may also be processed in the country from which the service is accessed or in a nearby routing location.
Safeguards
Transfers to a country recognised as providing adequate protection rely on that recognition where applicable.
For other transfers, we use a lawful mechanism appropriate to the circumstances. This may include approved standard contractual clauses, the Swiss addendum or equivalent Swiss safeguards, participation in a recognised certification framework where applicable, and supplementary technical or organisational measures.
